touchTymp Diagnostic

Our diagnostic touchTymp versions are just as intuitive and easy to use as the screening versions. For a more complete evaluation of the middle ear, they come with additional diagnostic functions. The touchTymp MI 34 and 36 feature a lightweight shoulder box for both screening and diagnostic purposes. The shoulder box can easily be clipped to your patient's top for controlled handling. Use the comprehensive standard protocols for immediate operation of all screening and diagnostic test processes: tympanometry with 226 Hz, tympanometry with automatic acoustic reflexes or at a fixed level, reflex decay measurements and Eustachian tube function testing (ETF). Additionally, the touchTymp MI 36 offers AC & BC audiometry.

You and your patients are diverse – and so is our touchTymp line. The touchTymp MI 34 & MI 36 are designed for the needs of all ages. Perform screening tests from newborn patients to older adults. The optional high-frequency probe tone of 1 kHz is ideal for providing reliable results when testing newborns.

Tympanometry for Children Has Never Been so Exciting

Our new touchTymp RaceCar makes immittance testing easy and fast by focusing the child’s attention on an exciting animated car race for the duration of the tympanometry or reflex screening procedure. The colorful animation engages the child, reducing the likelihood of breaking the seal between probe tip and ear and having to retest. This saves you time and effort, while also making the screening procedure more enjoyable for your little patient! In addition to the car race animation, the touchTymp RaceCar is available with all the protocols of touchTymp MI 34 and touchTymp MI 36.

Printing and Data Management Made Easy

Customize touchTymp’s software to show only the data you need in your preferred language (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian or Chinese). The intuitive icons lead you through your data with very few clicks and make it easy to compare a patient’s measurements. Save time by using the touchTymp built-in printer: Just place the probe into its holder to instantly and fully automatically print test results and reports.
